Stop, look, and listen

The key to success in designing a communications strategy is to listen. My senior management workshops and stakeholder survey and engagement processes can get to the core issues and determine where the real bottlenecks are and what you’re actually trying to accomplish.

Instead of asking only “how can we communicate this better?” we need to dig deeper and ask “why are we communicating this?” and “who needs to see our content if we want to drive real change?” With answers to these questions, we can design a strategy that puts less emphasis on tactics and the latest fads in digital communications, and more on achieving your goals and fulfilling your mandate.
